A fire broke out in Sector Beta 1 of Greater Noida on Wednesday following an alleged air-conditioner blast, triggering panic among residents. Thick smoke was seen billowing from the affected building as people rushed out in fear.

Fire department officials and local police quickly reached the spot and launched efforts to bring the blaze under control.

No casualties or injuries have been reported so far. The exact cause of the AC explosion is yet to be officially confirmed.
