Actor and radio presenter Meera Nandan, who got engaged to Sreeju, an accountant based in London, is preparing to tie the knot soon. The pictures and videos from Meera and Sreeju's haldi ceremony, attended by family and friends, have surfaced on social media.

Notable attendees at the Mehndi ceremony included close friends Ann Augustine, Nazriya Nazim, and Srinda. Celebrity makeup artists Unni PS, Sajith, and Sujith also graced the occasion.

Meera, who adorned a pink angrakha kurta, looking stunning as she enjoyed a festive time with her friends, shared photos from the Mehendi ceremony on Instagram with the caption, "Day 1 Mehendi."

Meera Nandan and Sreeju got engaged in September last year. Sreeju, who works as an accountant in London, was introduced to Meera through a matrimonial site. The marriage, arranged by their families, was finalised after mutual consent and has now become a joyous celebration surrounded by loved ones.

Meera began her career as an anchor before making her debut in Malayalam cinema with the Lal Jose-directed film 'Mulla' in 2008, starring Dileep in the lead role. The same year, she ventured into Tamil cinema with 'Valmiki'. Following this, she did a couple of movies, including notable works like 'Currency'. 'Seniors', 'Mallu Singh', 'Lokpal', and others. 

In addition to her work in Malayalam and Tamil cinema, she also appeared in a Kannada film titled 'Karoodpathi'. She was also a part of the movie Black Forest, which won the National Film Award for Best Film on Environment Conservation/Preservation. In 2014, she moved to Dubai to work as a radio jockey.
