A viral video claiming to show Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone sharing a passionate kiss in ‘King’ sent fans into meltdown. However, the truth behind the so-called leaked scene will take you off guards.

A ‘leaked’ kissing scene featuring Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone from the upcoming film ‘King’ has set social media ablaze — and confused thousands of fans in the process.
The viral clip, widely shared on X by fan pages, shows SRK and Deepika romancing each other, culminating in an on-screen kiss, leading many to believe a love song from ‘King’ had mysteriously leaked online.
The excitement was instant. After all, the film is one of the most awaited Bollywood films of 2026, and any glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone together is enough to send the internet into a frenzy. However, here’s the twist: the leaked kissing scene isn’t real.
A closer look reveals that the viral clip is a fan-made AI-generated edit, stitched together using old footage of Shah Rukh Khan from his 2023 blockbuster ‘Jawan’ and visuals of Deepika Padukone from previous films and public appearances.
SRK’s salt-and-pepper look, which convinced many viewers of its authenticity, is identical to his appearance in Atlee’s action thriller, while Deepika’s chiffon sarees and red outfit are lifted from unrelated projects.
The romantic track playing in the background — with lyrics like “Main toh behak gaya, tere ishq mein behak gaya” — further added to the illusion of an unreleased song from ‘King’.
The clip even ends with SRK and Deepika sharing a kiss, pushing fans to assume that a bold romantic moment from the film had leaked prematurely.
Fact-checks have since debunked the claim. According to reports, AI tools were used to blend existing footage into a dramatic, exaggerated romantic montage. With no confirmation from the makers, it is clear that there is no leaked song or kissing scene from ‘King’ currently in circulation.
Social media reactions quickly turned from excitement to outrage. Several fans called out the fan page for spreading misinformation, with many bluntly pointing out the artificial nature of the visuals and lack of facial emotions — a common giveaway of AI-generated content.
The confusion comes at a time when anticipation around ‘King’ is already sky-high. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film marks Shah Rukh Khan’s first on-screen collaboration with his daughter Suhana Khan and boasts a powerhouse ensemble cast including Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Jaideep Ahlawat, Arshad Warsi, and Raghav Juyal.
Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly set to resume shooting for ‘King’ from December 20 at Film City, Goregaon, with upcoming schedules packed with high-octane action. Until then, fans will have to wait patiently — and be wary of viral “leaks” that are too good to be true.
