Chennai: The makers of ‘Toxic: A Fairytale for Grown-Ups’ on Tuesday unveiled a striking new poster, officially marking the 100-day countdown to the film’s theatrical release on March 19, 2026. Already one of the most anticipated Indian releases of 2026, the poster has intensified fan excitement ahead of the holiday-season release.

The new poster features Rocking Star Yash in a bold and rugged avatar, reclining in a bloody bathtub, flexing his sculpted biceps, and showcasing body tattoos that hint at the film’s dark, intense narrative. Set to release during a major festive window overlapping Gudi Padwa, Ugadi and Eid, the film is expected to enjoy a strong four-day box-office run. The makers also highlighted the talented team behind the ambitious project, with National Award-winning cinematographer Rajeev Ravi, music by Ravi Basrur of KGF fame, and editing by Ujwal Kulkarni. Production design is handled by TP Abid, while Hollywood action director JJ Perry, known for John Wick, has collaborated with National Award-winning action directors Anbariv to choreograph high-octane sequences.

Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas, ‘Toxic’ has been shot simultaneously in English and Kannada and will also be dubbed in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. The film is being produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Yash under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, positioning it as one of the most talked-about action entertainers of 2026.
