Yash-starrer Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has received a new release date, with the highly anticipated action thriller now scheduled to arrive in cinemas worldwide on August 26, 2026.
Actor Yash has announced that his upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups will be released in theatres worldwide on August 26, 2026.
The announcement was made through a post on X, where Yash shared a new poster featuring the updated release date. The film had previously been scheduled for release on June 4 but was delayed. Toxic marks Yash's return to cinemas following the blockbuster success of KGF: Chapter 2, which was released in 2022 and became one of India's highest-grossing films.

Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is described as an action-thriller saga set in Goa between the early 1940s and the 1970s. The story follows Raya, played by Yash, who builds a powerful international crime empire through violence, fear and betrayal.
The film features an ensemble cast that includes Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth and Tara Sutaria, among others.
Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, the movie will be released in Kannada, Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
