Vijay’s final film before his full-time political journey, ‘Jana Nayagan’, has crossed the ₹20 crore mark in advance booking collections, with more than seven lakh tickets sold across India in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The film has achieved the milestone just hours before its theatrical release.

According to box office tracker Sacnilk, the film’s advance sales, excluding blocked seats, have crossed ₹14 crore. The Tamil version accounts for the bulk of the bookings, with Tamil Nadu leading the state-wise figures at ₹7.90 crore. Karnataka has contributed ₹6.03 crore, while Kerala has recorded ₹1.91 crore in advance sales.
