Vaazha 2 continues its impressive box office run, adding Rs. 1.60 crore on its second Wednesday and pushing its total to Rs. 116.75 crore gross in Kerala. The coming-of-age comedy drama is now on track to finish its third week at around Rs. 118 crore, overtaking Thudarum to become the second highest-grossing Malayalam film in the state.
Directed by Savin Da, the film is expected to surpass Lokah Chapter One: Chandra by next weekend, which would make it the highest-grossing Malayalam release in Kerala. With steady momentum and audience interest holding, trade estimates suggest the film could continue its run for a few more weeks, potentially closing around Rs. 140 crore in the state.

The film stars Hashir, Alan Bin Siraj, Ajin Joy and Vinayak in lead roles, with a script by Vipin Das. Following its strong performance, a third instalment in the franchise has already been confirmed.
