Trisha Krishnan shared a reflective Instagram post about peace, self-worth, and love

Actress Trisha Krishnan took to Instagram on Sunday to share a user’s video and a quote centred on peace, self-worth and love.
The video says, “I’m at a stage in my life where I don’t argue anymore. If you say an elephant can fly, you’re absolutely right. Not because I agree, but because I don’t care enough to convince you. I’ve learnt something important — peace is more valuable than being right. Silence is cheaper than explaining, and not everyone deserves your access or your energy. Some arguments are not misunderstandings. They’re an invitation to drain yourself. So I decline, smile, and keep my peace. Growth looks like this. Not loud, reactive, just unbothered.”
Alongside the video, Trisha also posted a quote about love, stating: “Love is not everything and yet everything is meaningless without love,” which she captioned as “Fact.”

Trisha’s post comes amid ongoing public interest in her off-screen association with actor Vijay, with whom she has shared a popular on-screen pairing in films such as Ghilli and Leo. Trisha also made a cameo appearance in The GOAT.
Speculation about their relationship intensified following reports that Vijay’s wife, Sangeeta, filed for divorce under the Special Marriage Act, 1954, citing irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. In her petition, she reportedly alleged emotional withdrawal, mental cruelty, neglect and constructive desertion by Vijay, alongside claims of an extra-marital relationship with an unnamed actress. These allegations remain unverified.

Following the divorce reports, Vijay and Trisha were recently seen together at the wedding of producer Kalpathi Suresh’s son in Chennai. The pair walked on stage together, greeted the newlyweds, and posed for photos, fuelling further speculation online.
Trisha’s Instagram post, however, appears to focus on self-reflection and personal growth, emphasising peace and love over confrontation, rather than addressing the ongoing rumours.
