Following the release of ‘Tabaahi’, The makers of ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ have released the film's second song, ‘Manamohaka’. Featuring Yash and Tara Sutaria, the new track shifts from fiery romance to a more emotional and tender side of the story. 
Unlike Tabaahi, which focused on passion and intensity, Manamohaka explores a quieter side of love.

The song follows the emotional journey of Raya and Rebecca, bringing out their affection, longing and the feelings they struggle to express. While Raya retains the bold personality introduced in the first song, this track also reveals a more gentle and carefree side of his character.

The music has been composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah, while Siddharth Basrur has lent his voice to all five language versions of the song.

Speaking about the song, composer Tanishk Bagchi said the track is especially meaningful as it marks another collaboration with Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah for a film on such a large scale. He also praised Siddharth Basrur for adding emotional depth to the composition. According to Bagchi, the song captures the romance, longing and playful moments shared by Raya and Rebecca, and he hopes listeners connect with its emotions.

Playback singer Siddharth Basrur described Manamohaka as more than just a heartbreak song. He said it reflects the silence and unspoken emotions between two people, blending vulnerability with a growing intensity that made it a memorable track to record.

‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ features an ensemble cast including Yash, Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, Tara Sutaria, Rukmini Vasanth and Huma Qureshi.

Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, the film is directed by Geetu Mohandas. It has been shot in Kannada and English and will also be released in dubbed versions across Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and several other languages.

Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups’ is scheduled to arrive in theatres on 26 August 2026.
