
Bollywood icons Shah Rukh Khan and Vicky Kaushal lit up the stage with their energetic dance moves at the 2024 International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, creating an unforgettable moment for fans. A video of the duo grooving together has gone viral on social media.
The crowd erupted in cheers when Shah Rukh Khan humorously tried to interrupt Vicky Kaushal’s performance to the popular song 'Tauba Tauba' from Vicky’s recent movie ‘Bad Newz’. The playful interaction between the two stars was the highlight of the evening.
The actors also danced to Allu Arjun’s hit song 'Oo Antava' from ‘Pushpa’, further amplifying the electrifying atmosphere.
Shah Rukh, known for his charismatic presence, was a co-host for the event alongside Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar. The trio made sure to keep the audience entertained, with Shah Rukh ensuring that both his co-hosts danced to his blockbuster song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan'.
The duo also charmed the audience by dancing to 'Mere Mehboob.
Shah Rukh Khan was also honored with the Best Actor award for his phenomenal performance in ‘Jawan’, directed by Atlee Kumar. The superstar received the award after taking blessings from the legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnaml.
The three-day IIFA celebration, held in Abu Dhabi, kicked off on September 27 with IIFA Utsavam, an event dedicated to southern cinema. IIFA will conclude on September 29 with an exclusive, invitation-only event, IIFA Rocks, featuring performances by artists such as Honey Singh, Shilpa Rao, and the musical trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
