Mumbai: Bollywood actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani have revealed the name of their baby girl, nearly six months after her birth. The couple have named their daughter Saraayah Malhotra.

Announcing the name on social media, the new parents shared a joint post that read: “From our prayers, to our arms, our divine blessing, our princess, Saraayah Malhotra.” The post also included a glimpse of little Saraayah, showing their palms holding her tiny, sock-clad feet.

Filmmaker Karan Johar responded with: “My love and blessings always….…”, while other industry figures, including Varun Dhawan, Manish Malhotra and Sanjay Kapoor, also sent their wishes in the comments.

Sidharth and Kiara had officially announced the arrival of their daughter on July 16, describing how their “world has forever changed.” Sidharth shared a post on Instagram with a pink background, writing: “Our hearts are full, and our world forever changed. We are blessed with a Baby Girl. KIARA & SIDHARTH”, accompanied by heart, folded hands, and evil eye emojis.

The couple first announced Kiara’s pregnancy in February, and speculation about their parenthood began circulating on July 15, a day before the official announcement. Their joint social media post at the time featured an adorable photo of their palms holding a tiny knitted sock, captioned: “The greatest gift of our lives…Coming soon.”
