Mumbai is gearing up for a star-studded afternoon as Shah Rukh Khan celebrates his birthday, and die-hard fans are eager for a glimpse of the superstar, whether at a special fan event or from his iconic Mannat balcony.

Where is the event happening?

For those hoping to attend, the main event is a dedicated fan meet at Balgandharva Rangmandir in Bandra at 4 pm.

Who can attend?

Access is strictly limited to fans holding special passes distributed through select fan clubs. There will be no general entry and no media presence, so only those with the official passes can enter.

Where to get passes?

Passes were reportedly handed out earlier in the day at the Red Chillies office to maintain order and avoid chaos at the venue. Meanwhile, preparations are also underway outside SRK’s Bandra residence, Mannat. Crews have been cleaning the balcony where he traditionally greets fans, and although renovations continue inside, the annual balcony wave is expected after the fan meet.

But will there be a routine Mannat wave?

SRK added his usual humour on social media ahead of the celebrations. In an ask-me-anything session on X, he replied to a fan asking if he would wave from Mannat: “Of course, but may have to wear a hard hat!!!” When another fan asked if a room was available at Mannat after struggling to find accommodation in Mumbai, he joked: “Mannat mein toh mere paas bhi room nahi hai aaj kal….Bhaade pe reh raha hoon!!!”

Last year, fans were left disappointed when the balcony wave was skipped. This year, anticipation is high, with supporters already gathering outside Mannat since morning, chanting and celebrating in advance.

Fans looking to attend must note: only those with passes from official fan clubs will be admitted to the Bandra meet, and there is no alternative entry.
