The public spat between actor and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut and CJP spokesperson Saurav Das has continued to garner attention, with both sides responding through interviews and social media.

The latest response came from Saurav Das during an interview with journalist Barkha Dutt. Speaking about Kangana's recent criticism of him, Das said one of his friends joked that she might be "after his life" because he looks like a young Hrithik Roshan. The remark quickly became one of the most talked about moments from the interview, with many linking it to Kangana's widely discussed past dispute with Hrithik Roshan.

Das, however, said he has no personal issue with Kangana. Instead, he stressed that public disagreements should lead to conversations rather than personal attacks. He said there is less discussion and debate today, adding that people should continue speaking to one another with "maryada", or respect.

During the interview, Das also reacted to Kangana's comments about Gen Z. He said public figures should be careful with their words and avoid making sweeping remarks about an entire generation. He added that people should not be disrespected in that manner.

When asked whether he would meet Kangana if she invited him for coffee, Das said he holds no ill will against her or members of the BJP. According to him, dialogue has always been the preferred way to resolve differences.

His remarks came days after Kangana shared a strongly worded Instagram post targeting Das. Referring to him as "useless" and "unemployed", she questioned why he described himself as a student at the age of 28. She also said that by the same age, she had already won two National Awards.
