Actress Rashmika Mandanna has responded to the reports that she increased her remuneration to Rs 4 crores following the success of her movie 'Animal'. 

Directed and edited by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal was a commercial box office hit of 2023. Rashmika played the character of 'Geethanjali' alongside Ranbir Kapoor in the film.

However, following the film's success, reports emerged that Rashmika Mandanna 'has increased her remuneration yet again'.  

Responding to the rumours, Rashmika wrote on her social media handle that "after seeing all of this, I think I should actually consider it." (to increase the remuneration) and added that "...if my producers ask why... when I'll just say 'media out there is saying this sir... and I think I should live up to their words... what do I do?"
