Veteran actor Rakesh Bedi, who recently enjoyed a surge in popularity for his standout turn as Jameel Jamali in the blockbuster ‘Dhurandhar’, has teamed up with dancer-actor Nora Fatehi for a new song. The senior artist posted a behind-the-scenes clip from the shoot on social media, quickly sending fans into a frenzy as the video gained traction online.

Bedi, celebrated for his effortless humour and decades-long career, has seen a renewed wave of admiration in 2026, drawing applause from younger and longtime audiences alike.

BTS clip with Nora Fatehi goes viral

In the video shared on Instagram, Bedi expresses admiration for his co-star, saying, "Today I am shooting with one of the biggest stars of India. Biggest sensation, great actor, great dancer. None other than Nora Fatehi!"

Nora joins the frame with an upbeat “Hi!” before responding, "Thank you, sir. We are so excited to have you with us."

The exchange continues with warm compliments as Bedi tells her he is delighted to collaborate with her. Nora replies, "You are killing it, sir!" prompting Bedi’s humorous answer, "I tried my best to compete with you, to be as good as you are!"

Praising his performance, Nora adds, "Aap ka dance bohot achcha hain, aapne bohot achcha kiya (You dance really well and you did so well) … I cannot wait for everyone to see the song so that they can see your moves!"

Bedi jokingly counters with “Kitna jhoot bolti hain ye!(How much she lies)”, to which Nora insists, "Nahi sach sach bol rahi hoon (I am saying the truth) I am serious, sir killed it, and it's such a good vibe. You have to see this song to believe it. We are so excited for you guys to see it. I feel like, in all weddings, people will play this song!" The two conclude the clip on a cheerful note, agreeing on the energetic vibe of the track.

His character Jameel Jamali has become a pop-culture favourite, with the dialogue ‘Baccha hai tu mera’ evolving into a social-media phenomenon. The catchphrase has even featured in multiple advertising campaigns, further cementing Bedi’s comeback moment.
