The hit combination of Malayalam cinema, Mohanlal and M.G. Sreekumar, is back together once again. The duo reunites for the upcoming film directed by Tharun Moorthy, titled Thudarum. The first song of the film, starring Shobhana and Mohanlal in lead roles, will be released on February 21, and its promo has already been shared by the filmmakers on social media.
The promo features a glimpse of the song beginning with the lines "Kanmanipoove". The music for the song has been composed by Jakes Bejoy, with the lyrics written by B.K. Harinarayanan. The film is being produced by M. Renjith under the banner of Rejaputhra Visual Media.
The promo offers a sneak peek of Mohanlal and M.G. Sreekumar together, singing in perfect harmony, reminding audiences of their previous iconic collaborations. The full song will be unveiled at 7 PM on Friday. The rights to the songs of the film have been acquired by Sony Music.
