Nick Jonas has let fans in on an unexpected side of his life with Priyanka Chopra. While many would assume the best part of their marriage is travelling the world together or balancing their careers, the singer says one thing stands out above everything else: staying updated on Bollywood gossip.

The candid confession came during an episode of the Jonas Brothers' podcast, Hey Jonas!, featuring Nick, Priyanka Chopra, Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas.

'I love the Bollywood gossip'

When asked about married life, Nick admitted that one of his favourite things over the past eight years has been getting an inside look at everything happening in the Hindi film industry.

"So one of the things that I have loved most about these eight years together is all the Bollywood gossip I have got," he said.

His answer left Priyanka laughing, and she could not resist teasing him.

According to Priyanka, Nick is often better informed about Bollywood than she is.

"That's what you have loved the most about our whole marriage? His whole feed is filled with the gossip,” she said.

She revealed that there have been times when she has messaged friends without realising they had broken up, only for Nick to correct her.

"I don't know when someone's broken up with someone and you are always the one to tell me. It usually happens when I am texting someone and I will be like, 'Hey, give my love to blah, blah, blah.' And he's like, 'No, they've broken up.' And I'm like, 'Oh, so you keep on the gossip.'"

Nick simply laughed and admitted, "Oh yeah, I do."

No names, but plenty of 'tea'

Kevin and Joe Jonas tried to get Nick to reveal exactly whose updates he follows, but he refused to give away any names.

"I can't say names. These are friends of ours," he said.

He did, however, confess that he quietly follows a few Bollywood gossip pages online.

"There's a couple of accounts that I kind of ghost follow, you know? There's some good tea though. There's like all these storylines that you have got to follow," Nick added.

A love story that began in 2017

Nick and Priyanka first crossed paths at the 2017 Oscars after-party. They started dating the following year, got engaged in 2018 and married in a lavish wedding at Jodhpur's Umaid Bhawan Palace in December that year.

The celebrations included both Christian and Hindu wedding ceremonies.

In 2022, the couple welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, through surrogacy.
