Director Anil Ravipudi addresses speculation about his next film, confirming no script, cast, or title is finalised.

Director Anil Ravipudi, who enjoyed phenomenal Sankranti box office success with Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu and Sankranthiki Vasthunam, has responded to the growing speculation around his next project. With fans eagerly awaiting an announcement, rumours about the cast and title have been doing the rounds on social media.
Putting an end to the chatter, Ravipudi took to his official X (formerly Twitter) account to clarify the situation. The filmmaker acknowledged the excitement surrounding his upcoming work but made it clear that reports claiming details are already locked are far from accurate.
In a post written in Telugu, Ravipudi stated that he has not even begun writing his next film. The director said that neither the actors, storyline nor even the title have been finalised, despite online claims suggesting otherwise.
He jokingly remarked that at the pace rumours are spreading, people might soon announce “Action… Cut” on his behalf. Ravipudi assured fans that he understands their enthusiasm and promised to reveal complete and authentic details himself very soon.
Speculation online has suggested that his next film could feature Venkatesh and Fahadh Faasil, with some reports even claiming the project has been titled Srimathi Lalitha Reddy. However, the director’s statement makes it clear that these claims are premature.
Ravipudi was last seen delivering a major festival hit with Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu. The Sankranthi release starred Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara and emerged as a blockbuster at the box office. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film went on to collect more than ₹295 crore worldwide.
