A playful gesture by singer Rimi Tomy with Mohanlal during the Government of Kerala’s grand public celebration for the actor’s Dadasaheb Phalke Award had the audience in splits.

As Mohanlal moved along the stage, greeting performers, some offered him handshakes. One performer bent down to touch his feet, but Mohanlal politely avoided the gesture and continued greeting others.

When Rimi’s turn came, she too bent down to touch his feet. Mohanlal gently avoided her playful attempt, and Rimi tried again, making everyone laugh. She hugged him, and he patted her shoulder before moving on to greet other performers.

The fun-filled exchange was captured on video and has since gone viral on social media, spreading smiles across fans online.
