Mohanlal is set to debut in his first radio movie through 'Aiden - The AI Spirit', which will premiere on July 19 through Club FM. This production is part of 'Club FM Cinema Kadha Season 2', a groundbreaking program in radio history created in collaboration with Asianet Movies.

The idea originated from listeners' preference for a horror-comedy featuring Mohanlal, culminating in 'Aiden - The AI Spirit'. Actor-director Ramesh Pisharody, known for his comic roles, curated the project. He initiated the story, inviting listeners to contribute their ideas over three days. Based on the stories narrated by the Club FM audience to the RJs, Pisharody and the Club FM team shaped the final storyline. The animated trailer for the film was unveiled as a birthday gift by Club FM to Mohanlal on Asianet Bigg Boss Season 6 platform.

Impressed by the trailer, Mohanlal agreed to voice the character of bus driver Raghuthaman, the protagonist of the story. The film is written and directed by Priyaraj Govindaraj, Creative Head of Mathrubhumi Social Media. Alongside Mohanlal, voices are contributed by Suresh Krishna, Sudheer Karamana, Sunil Sukhada, Rajesh Sharma, Mahesh Kunjumon, Club FM radio jockeys, and colleagues. Club FM leveraged advanced sound technology, with music by Joju Sebastian, music programming by Abhijit Ravikumar, and sound design by Vineeth Kumar TN.

Despite his hectic schedule, Mohanlal enthusiastically participated in this experimental project. Recording took place at Ernakulam's Vismaya Studio, where he reminisced about classic film soundtracks and radio dramas.
