The teaser of the much-anticipated 3D film 'Lovely' has left audiences intrigued with several questions. Will a fly become a ghost after its death? Can it communicate with humans? The teaser has sparked curiosity ahead of the film's release. 

Directed by Dileesh Karunakaran, 'Lovely' stars Mathew Thomas in the lead role, and the film is set to release on April 4. A unique aspect of the film is that a fly plays the leading lady. The 3D film is clearly aimed at young audiences, particularly children, with its release coinciding with the summer holidays.

'Lovely' is also a hybrid film, featuring an animated character as the central protagonist, a trait that sets it apart. Similar to mainstream Hollywood films where big stars lend their voices to animated characters, the fly in 'Lovely' is voiced by a well-known Malayalam cinema actor, as hinted in the teaser. Following the success of 'Tamar Padar,' Dileesh Karunakaran has written the script and directed this film. The first-look poster, which went viral, features a large fly facing a small human.

The film is produced by  Western Ghats Productions and Neni Entertainments, with Sarnya C. Nair and Dr. Amar Ramachandran co-producing. In addition to Mathew Thomas, Manoj K. Jayan
 and KPAC Leela also play prominent roles in the film. 

The cinematography of 'Lovely' is handled by director Aashiq Abu, while Vishnu Vijay and Bijibal compose the music for the film. The editing is by Kiran Das, and the production design is managed by Jothish Shankar.
