Tom Holland, Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon are back, joined by Sadie Sink and Jon Bernthal's Punisher

California: Mark Ruffalo's beloved portrayal of the Hulk is reportedly set to make a momentous return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming film, "Spider-Man: Brand New Day." Scheduled for release on July 31, 2026, this news, initially reported by The Hollywood Reporter, suggests Ruffalo will reprise his role as Bruce Banner, though neither Sony nor Marvel has yet officially commented.
The film will also see the return of Michael Mando as the supervillain Mac Gargan, known as the Scorpion, last seen in "Spider-Man: Homecoming" (2017). Ruffalo's most recent appearance as the Jade Giant was in the 2022 Disney+ series "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law." While his involvement in "Avengers: Doomsday" has not been confirmed, Marvel has hinted at further announcements, leaving the possibility open.
