Even after more than two weeks in theatres, Lokah shows no signs of slowing down

Lokah: Chapter One – Chandra has shattered records to become the All-Time No. 1 Malayalam film on BookMyShow ticket sales, Wayfarer Films, Dulquer Salmaan’s production company, announced.
Lokah: Chapter One – Chandra, directed by Dominic Arun, is the first installment in a five-part cinematic universe. The film has been performing exceptionally well at the box office, having crossed ₹200 crore in collections so far.
Lokah continues its sensational box office run, cementing its place among the biggest blockbusters in Malayalam cinema.
Even after more than two weeks in theatres, Lokah shows no signs of slowing down. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, the film earned ₹6.35 crore on Day 17 alone, pushing its India net total to ₹112.1 crore.
Made on a modest budget of ₹30 crore, the Dominic Arun directorial has become the third highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time — behind only L2: Empuraan (₹268 crore), Manjummel Boys (₹242.3 crore), and Thudarum (₹237.76 crore).
