Sunny Leone is all set to make her South cinema debut with her upcoming film ‘Vista Village’. After building a strong presence in Bollywood, the actress now steps into Malayalam cinema with this multilingual project, which will also release in Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Shot against the scenic landscapes of Kasaragod, Kerala, ‘Vista Village’ brings together nearly 40 artists from Malayalam cinema, along with talents from Bollywood, Kashmir, Punjab, and other regions. Blending family drama, comedy, suspense, and youthful storytelling, the film promises a mix of emotions for audiences across languages.

Reflecting on her experience, Sunny Leone shared:

“Working on Vista Village has been a very special experience for me. Learning Malayalam was definitely a challenge, but also very rewarding, and it helped me connect with my character. Shooting in the beautiful, remote parts of Kasaragod was truly memorable, and I’ve always received so much love in Kerala. I’m really excited for this film, especially with its release in four languages and I can’t wait for audiences everywhere to watch it.”

With her South Indian debut, Leone takes on a fresh role while continuing to expand her presence as a pan-Indian actor. Vista Village has already generated significant buzz and is positioned as a family entertainer with suspense and light-hearted moments designed to resonate with viewers across regions.

Leone’s Bollywood Debut:

Sunny Leone made her Bollywood debut in 2012 with Pooja Bhatt’s film ‘Jism 2’, a sequel to the 2003 hit ‘Jism’. Cast as the female lead opposite Randeep Hooda and Arunoday Singh, the film introduced her to mainstream Indian cinema after her appearance on the reality show Bigg Boss had already generated buzz.

While ‘Jism 2’ received mixed reviews, it marked a turning point in Leone’s career, paving the way for her to take on varied roles in Bollywood films, item numbers, and eventually web series.

Her entry into Bollywood was both sensational and controversial, but it firmly established her as a recognizable face in the Indian entertainment industry.
