Kunchacko Boban is stepping into unfamiliar territory with ‘Unmadham’, and its newly released trailer promises a mystery thriller with suspense, superstition, and unexpected twists.

The film, which marks the first on-screen pairing of Kunchacko Boban and Lijomol Jose, is slated to hit theatres on July 31. Produced by Panorama Studios, ‘Unmadham is the banner's third Malayalam production and marks the directorial debut of acclaimed editor Kiran Das, whose editing credits include ‘Joji’, ‘Rorschach’, ‘Romancham’, ‘Joseph’, ‘Moothon’, ‘Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum’, ‘Ela Veezha Poonchira’, and the Kerala State Award-winning ‘Ishq’.

The trailer introduces Kunchacko Boban as a police officer unlike any he has played before. At the heart of the story lies a mysterious file linked to superstition, hidden away in a police station. Rumoured to be so dangerous that even touching it invites disaster, the file sets off a chain of disturbing and unpredictable events. The fast-paced trailer teases a gripping investigation, eerie moments, and a tense atmosphere that hints at an edge-of-the-seat theatrical experience.
