The Malayalam film industry is all set for a laughter-packed ride with the release of the teaser for “Khajuraho Dreams”, a vibrant multi-starrer road movie featuring some of the most popular young actors in the industry. The film, starring Arjun Ashokan, Sharaf U Dheen, Sreenath Bhasi, and Dhruvan, is slated to hit theatres on 5 December.

The teaser gives a glimpse of a film brimming with youth-centric humour, playful dialogues, and engaging visuals, promising a fun and energetic cinematic experience. Produced by M.K. Nasser under Good Line Productions and directed by Manoj Vasudev, the screenplay is penned by Sethu. The movie is being released through Ashirvad Release.

Plot and theme

“Khajuraho Dreams” follows a group of friends on a road trip to Khajuraho, the historic temple town renowned for its ancient murals. The journey leads to a series of exciting, humorous, and unpredictable events, capturing the evolving lives and perspectives of today’s youth. The film promises a fresh take on the road movie genre, which is rarely explored in recent Malayalam cinema.

Star cast & music

Alongside the main cast, the film also features Aditi Ravi, Chandhunadh, Johny Antony, Sohan Seenulal, Sadiq, Varsha Viswanath, Naina Sarwar, Ameya Mathew, Raksha Raj, Naseer Khan, and Ashok in significant roles. Saregama is the music partner, and the recently released song ‘Shilayoru Deviyaayi…’, composed by Gopi Sundar, has already received widespread appreciation.
