During a conversation at the event, Mala was asked about her expectations for her future daughter-in-law, to which she replied, “The family’s demand is a very good doctor.” 

While the comment was made in a light-hearted manner, it quickly caught the attention of netizens, who believe the statement may be a subtle reference to Sreeleela, who is currently pursuing her medical studies. This new detail has added fuel to the already circulating rumors about the two being romantically involved.

This comes on the heels of another viral moment involving Sreeleela. A video surfaced recently showing her having a great time at a family celebration hosted by Kartik’s family. The clip captured her dancing and enjoying the festivities, leading many to wonder if she was a special guest at the event.

The celebration was reportedly organised to honour Kartik's sister, Dr. Kritika Tiwari, for achieving a new milestone in her medical career.

On top of these rumors, Kartik and Sreeleela have also been paired together in an upcoming film directed by Anurag Basu. The still-untitled drama, produced by Bhushan Kumar under the T-Series banner, has already generated buzz among fans. A teaser clip from the film, which was shared recently, features Kartik in a rugged look with a heavy beard and long hair, singing "Tu Meri Zindagi" on stage.
