The seventh season of ‘The Kardashians’ premiered with an unexpected confession from Khloe Kardashian, leaving fans both surprised and impressed. The 41-year-old reality star revealed that she has been celibate for more than three years, opening up about her current priorities and lifestyle.

The revelation unfolded during a candid chat with family friend Simon Huck in the first episode. While discussing Julia Fox’s decision to practise celibacy and her collaboration with Kourtney Kardashian’s wellness brand, Lemme, Simon mentioned Fox’s four-year streak of abstinence and her promotion of self-pleasure gummies. Khloe responded with a laugh, saying, “I haven’t had sex in over three years.”

Her honesty caught Simon off guard, who immediately asked if she was dating or at least texting someone. Khloe was quick to clarify, “No. Not anyone I’m texting. I don’t have any person’s phone number.” The brief exchange soon became one of the most talked-about moments online, with social media users praising Khloe for her openness and self-assured outlook on being single.

Later in the episode, Khloe reflected on how content she feels in this chapter of her life. “I love being 40. Being 40 has been sensational,” she shared, adding that she recently read a quote that resonated deeply with her: “Why are you so happy? Because I’m not dating.” She said she completely relates to that sentiment, describing her current life as peaceful, independent and fulfilling.

Khloe, who shares daughter True (born 2018) and son Tatum (born via surrogacy in 2022) with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, said her focus remains on her children and her work. Following several public challenges in her past relationships – including her marriage to basketball player Lamar Odom and later romances with French Montana, James Harden, and Thompson – Khloe has embraced singlehood as a source of empowerment.

She concluded by reaffirming that motherhood and self-growth are now her biggest priorities, marking a new era of balance and independence for the reality star.
