SS Rajamouli is considered a master filmmaker, and working with the ace director is possibly on the bucket list of every single actor in the country right now!

However, Telugu Megastar Chiranjeevi has a different take on this. The ace actor, during the promotional event of one of his recent films, shared his ‘apprehensions’ about working with Rajamouli!

Chiranjeevi recently mentioned that Rajamouli's filmmaking process, which often spans several years, isn't suitable for him. While Rajamouli devotes considerable time to perfecting each project, Chiranjeevi prefers working on multiple films at once, making it difficult for him to commit to such a long-term venture.

Speaking to Pinkvilla, Chiranjeevi expressed, "I’m not sure if I can manage the amount of time Rajamouli takes for his films. He spends years on each project, sometimes stretching over 4 to 5 years. On the other hand, I’m currently shooting for four films simultaneously. So, dedicating 3 to 4 years to one film isn't practical for me."

The actor also clarified that he doesn’t feel the need to prove himself on a pan-India scale simply by collaborating with Rajamouli. He explained, "Working with SS Rajamouli and proving myself at a pan-India level isn’t something I desire. That’s why I said I can’t work with him."

Meanwhile, his son Ram Charan has collaborated with Rajamouli for a couple of movies, including the recent blockbuster RRR, which smashed multiple box office records.

On the work front, Chiranjeevi has some interesting films lined up, including those with Srikanth Odela and Anil Ravipudi. (With inputs from Agencies)
