Honey Rose, the popular Malayalam actor with a massive following on social media, is adored by fans who frequently shower her posts and reels with love and affection. Recently, the star opened up about her personal life, revealing that she had a boyfriend in the past, though she chose not to disclose further details. These revelations came during a candid conversation with actor Baburaj on the official YouTube channel of Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA).

Baburaj asked Honey Rose about the secret behind her beauty. She replied with, “Beauty is a reflection of a good heart.” The actress also spoke about her personal life, revealing that she had a boyfriend in the past, but refrained from sharing further details.

On marriage, she added, “Marriage will happen when the right person comes along. By a good man, I mean someone who suits me. After getting to know someone and talking for a while, there’s a vibe you feel. That vibe hasn’t happened yet. The right person hasn’t entered the frame. Whether my family finds him or I do, it doesn’t matter as long as he aligns with me.”

Honey Rose on inaugurations

Responding to actor Baburaj’s query about how many inaugurations she attends in a month, Honey Rose said, "Not many, very few." She explained the trends she has noticed in Kerala compared to Telugu-speaking regions.

'In Kerala, actors are invited to inaugurate all kinds of shops. In Telugu-speaking regions, it’s mostly jewellery and textiles; restaurants and other businesses are rare. I even inaugurated a drugstore once, and there was a request to inaugurate a petrol pump. Honestly, I don’t understand why they would call an actor to inaugurate a petrol pump,” she remarked.

Her take on trolls and negative comments

Addressing the issue of negative comments on social media, Honey Rose shared her perspective: “Negative comments have never really affected me. Let those who want to talk say whatever they want. It’s their head and their thoughts. If I dwell on their opinions, I won’t find peace of mind or accomplish anything. Life will become terribly dark.”
