Each 1,017 sqft apartment, including a parking space, fetched ₹6.25 crore

Veteran actress and politician Hema Malini has sold two apartments in Mumbai’s Oshiwara area for a combined value of ₹12.50 crore, according to property registration documents. The transactions were officially recorded in August 2025.
As per documents from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), reviewed by Square Yards, both the flats are located in the Oberoi Springs complex in Andheri West. Each apartment has a carpet area of 847 sq ft (around 79 sq metres) and a built-up area of 94.46 sq metres (close to 1,017 sq ft).
How much were the properties sold for?
The registration records confirm that each flat was sold for ₹6.25 crore. Both deals included one car parking space. In addition, a stamp duty of ₹31.25 lakh was paid for each transaction, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.

Hema Malini, often celebrated as Bollywood’s ‘Dream Girl’, rose to become one of the most successful actresses of Hindi cinema in the 1970s and 1980s.
Beyond films, she has also worked as a dancer, director, and politician. She currently serves as a Member of Parliament from Mathura.
