A post by actor Guinness Pakru on social media has gone viral amid the controversy surrounding a recent police raid at a hotel where prominent Congress leaders, including Bindu Krishna and Shanimol Usman, were staying. 

The Malayalam actor shared a photo of himself with a trolley bag and the caption "Nice day," sparking a flurry of comments, including one from Palakkad UDF candidate Rahul Mamkootathil. Earlier, Mamkootathil had dismissed black money allegations made by the CPM in connection with the bypolls. The allegations claimed that a trolley bag carrying unaccounted money was brought to the hotel, with CCTV footage showing a blue trolley bag from the same location.

Amid these developments, Pakru posted a humorous photo of himself with a trolley bag. The post has sparked a wave of reactions, with people commenting both for and against Pakru’s message. Some have made jokes about Pakru and the trolley bag, while others pointed out that the bag in question is blue, not black. Responding to the post, Mamkootathil wrote, "Not in KPM!!!" 

The controversy stems from a raid conducted at the KPM Hotel in Palakkad, where Congress leaders were staying. The police acted on information suggesting black money transactions were taking place, with allegations that the illicit money was transported in a blue trolley bag belonging to Mamkootathil. Following the raid,  Mamkootathil held a press conference with a blue trolley bag, dismissing the allegations raised by CPM.
