Mohanlal's highly anticipated film ‘Empuraan’ is gearing up for its release, following the massive success of ‘Lucifer’. Written by Murali Gopy, the film is expected to hit the theatres next year. As ‘Empuraan’ prepares to hit theaters, Murali Gopy has embarked on a new project. Directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar, the film's puja ceremony was held at the Mangalanatha Swamy Temple, a prominent 3,000-year-old temple in Tamil Nadu.
This Malayalam-Tamil movie, featuring Arya, boasts a substantial cast including Santhy Balachandran, Nikhila Vimal, Saritha Kukku, Indrans, Siddique, Renji Panicker, Appani Sarath, Sabumon Abdusamad, and many others from Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada cinema.
The film marks the reunion of Murali Gopy and Jiyen Krishnakumar, who previously collaborated on the big-budget film ‘Tiyaan’. Produced by S Vinod Kumar under the Mini Studio banner, this will be his 14th film, following the success of the Tamil hit ’Mark Antony’. Details about the currently untitled film remain undisclosed.
