Arijit Singh’s ‘Phir Se’ from ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ has entered Grammy consideration in the Best Song Written for Visual Media category. However, the entry does not guarantee an official nomination.

Arijit Singh’s ‘Phir Se’, featured in Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, has entered Grammy consideration in the Best Song Written for Visual Media category. However, consideration does not guarantee an official Grammy nomination.
Singer Arijit Singh announced the news through an Instagram post, thanking listeners for their love and support as the track enters the race for one of the music industry’s most prestigious honours.
“#PhirSe from DHURANDHAR THE REVENGE for your GRAMMY consideration in the Best Song Written For Visual Media. Thank you for all the love. Link below for more details,” he wrote.
The distinction is important, as Grammy consideration is not the same as an official nomination. The song must go through the Recording Academy’s eligibility and voting process before the final nominees are announced.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’ is the second instalment in the franchise, which stars Ranveer Singh alongside Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.
The first film was released in December 2025, followed by the sequel in March 2026. Together, the films have reportedly crossed Rs 3,000 crore in worldwide box office collections, establishing the franchise as a major commercial success for Indian cinema.
