Malayalam rapper Dabzee, best known for his chart-topping hits like 'Manavalan Thug', has announced that he’s taking a year-long break to focus on personal growth and creativity. The rapper shared the news on social media, expressing his plans to recharge and explore new inspirations during this hiatus.  

In a heartfelt post on Instagram, Dabzee wrote, “Dear people, I hope this message finds you in great spirits! I want to take a moment to share some important news with all of you. After much reflection and consideration, I have decided to take a one-year break to focus on my personal growth and creativity.”  

The rapper explained that this decision is not just a pause but an opportunity to reach new heights.

“This time away is not just a pause; it's an opportunity for greatness. I believe that stepping back will allow me to recharge, explore new inspirations, and return with fresh ideas that will elevate our journey together. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and can't wait to share what I discover with you,” he added.  

Dabzee also expressed gratitude for his fans' unwavering support, saying, “Thank you for your unwavering support and love. Together, we will continue to inspire and uplift each other. Let's embrace this time apart as a chance for all of us to grow and shine even brighter. Stay inspired, and I'll see you soon!”  

Dabzee shot to fame with his hit 'Manavalan Thug' from the movie 'Thallumala', earning a dedicated fanbase in and beyond Kerala. Known for his unique style, his other hits like 'Illuminati', 'Ballatha Jathi', 'Olam Up', and 'Malabari Banger' have also garnered widespread appreciation.  

Recently, Dabzee faced criticism for his performance on the song 'Blood' from the superhit movie 'Marco'. Fans felt his voice didn’t quite match the mood of the track, leading to heated discussions online. Responding to the backlash, the film's makers released another version of the song, sung by KGF fame Santosh Venky.
