Kochi: To put an end to review bombing and financial fraud in the name of digital promotion, film companies are preparing to begin Youtube channels of their own. Along with this, a decision was also taken to offer accreditation to only 20 online media houses. The Youtube channels will function as a platform for filmmakers to talk about their films and respond to reviews.  

The Youtube channels will be launched by the Producers association and FEFKA (Film Employees Federation of Kerala) and will be supported by the star organisations ‘AMMA’ (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists) and the film chamber. The directors union of FEFKA and the writers union have begun the initial proceedings of the Youtube channel.
