Chennai: Popular music composer Anirudh Ravichander has publicly denied rumours linking him to marrying Kavya Maran, co-owner of IPL franchise SunRisers Hyderabad and daughter of Sun Group Chairman Kalanithi Maran.

The speculation, which began circulating on social media platforms including Reddit, suggested that the two had been in a relationship for over a year and were planning to get married soon.

However, Anirudh was quick to respond. Taking to X, he dismissed the rumours with a touch of humour, writing, “Marriage ah? lol .. Chill out guys pls stop spreading rumours.”

The denial comes after online chatter gained momentum, with fans and gossip forums buzzing about the possible high-profile union.
