Kochi: Poet and actor Balachandran Chullikkadu defeated actor Joy Mathew in the Film Employees Federation of Kerala Writers Union election. Chullikkadu contested as the ‘official’ candidate.
Chullikkadu secured 50 out of 72 votes, while Joy Mathew received 21 votes.
