Actress Anna Ben, last seen as 'Kyra' in Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD', expressed deep gratitude towards the filmmakers for giving her the opportunity which she describes as a career milestone.
In a post shared on Instagram, the Malayalam actress wrote, "When Kyra came to me two years ago, I was genuinely excited to try out something entirely new, so I jumped at the opportunity. Little did I know that this was going to be a milestone in my career. All thanks to this wonderful man @nag_ashwin who casually just made the most massive movie in Indian cinema and @vyjayanthimovies for making me part of this big family."
She praised Nag Ashwin for his composure and vision throughout the project, saying, "I remember asking Nagi sir how he is always so relaxed because, in the two years I have worked, I have never seen him off track or losing it. The man is so zen it’s hard not to get inspired. His vision and curiosity have paved the way for a new age cinema."
Expressing her honour at being part of the film alongside some of India's biggest stars, Anna Ben described herself as a fan girl of her co-stars. She expressed gratitude for the love she has received for her portrayal of Kyra and vowed to work hard to deserve it.
She also shared glimpses of her journey on set, from costume trials to stunt rehearsals. Anna Ben thanked the entire team for their support and camaraderie, calling her experience of meeting and working with wonderful people a dream come true.
Meanwhile, Prabhas starrer continues to do well at the box office and has received good responses from across the world. The movie has collected more than Rs 500 crore in box office collections and is poised to break box office records in the coming weeks.
