Kochi: Actor Ganapathi, known for his role in the hit film Manjummel Boys, has been booked for drunk driving and overspeeding in Kalamassery. 

The incident happened on Saturday night when the actor was caught speeding in a car while travelling from Angamaly to Kalamassery. During a police inspection, it was found that he was intoxicated. 

The police attempted to stop the actor’s vehicle in Athani and Aluva, but it sped without stopping. The vehicle was eventually stopped and checked in Kalamassery, where the actor was arrested. He was later released on bail.
