Wedding rumours surrounding actor and influencer Ahaana Krishna and cinematographer Nimish Ravi have picked up pace once again, with reports claiming that the two are set to get married in September.

According to media reports, the wedding is scheduled for September 13, 2026, with the celebrations expected to take place over three days at the Taj Kovalam. A reception is reportedly planned for September 15 at Subramaniam Hall in Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram.

Neither Ahaana nor Nimish has officially confirmed the reports so far.

Ahaana’s ‘Thankamaya Payyan’ post fuels speculation

The latest round of speculation began after Ahaana shared a series of pictures of herself dressed in black on Instagram. Her caption, “Thinking about my Thankamaana Paiyyan,” quickly caught the attention of her followers.

Soon after the post went online, comments appeared claiming that Ahaana’s wedding with her ‘Thankamaana Paiyyan’ had been fixed for September 13. The comments were reportedly deleted shortly afterwards, and Reddit reports suggest that Ahaana blocked the account that had posted them.

The incident was enough to send social media into overdrive, with fans discussing the possibility of an Ahaana-Nimish wedding across platforms including Reddit.

A relationship rumoured for years

Rumours that Ahaana and Nimish are dating have been around for some time. However, the two have largely kept their personal lives away from public discussion and have not addressed the relationship speculation.

Their connection goes back several years. Ahaana and Nimish reportedly first met while working on Rajeev Ravi’s ‘Njan Steve Lopez’, which marked Ahaana’s Malayalam film debut.

Nimish later served as the cinematographer of ‘Luca’, in which Ahaana played the female lead. The film was also widely appreciated for its visual treatment.

The cinematographer has since worked on several notable projects, including ‘Lokah Chapter One: Chandra’, in which Ahaana made a cameo appearance. Nimish was also behind the camera for Suriya’s ‘Vishwanath & Sons’.

Adding to the wedding buzz, Ahaana’s father, actor-politician Krishna Kumar, has previously dropped hints suggesting that his daughter could be preparing to get married.

Nimish and his family are also said to be familiar faces at private functions held at Ahaana’s home, further fuelling speculation about their equation.

Ahaana, meanwhile, has built a career across films and social media. After ‘Njan Steve Lopez’, she appeared in movies such as ‘Njandukalude Naatil Oridavela’, ‘Pathinettam Padi’, ‘Adi’, ‘Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum’ and ‘Nancy Rani’. She also made a cameo in the popular ‘Lokah’.

For now, the reported September wedding date remains unconfirmed.
