Veena Nandakumar won the hearts of the audience by playing the role of Rincy in Asif Ali starrer ‘Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha’. Being a representative of the youth in the film industry, Veena has unique views and stand in her life. Recently in an interview with Mathribhumi Star and Style, she opened up about her beer-drinking habit.
“Why should I be afraid of revealing my drinking habit? Is it such a heinous crime?. When I am intoxicated with beer, I will talk a lot. I had revealed the matter in an interview earlier. I drink beer. Most of the youngsters also have the habit of drinking beer,” said Veena.
“I never felt ashamed about opening up about my love for beer. No one is harmed with this habit and it is a personal choice,” she added.
Veena also lashed out at the trolls on her after she revealed about the drinking habit.
“People are making fun of me with trolls by misinterpreting my statements. They should review their act whether it is right or wrong,” noted Veena.
The newcomer also asserted her stand on choosing films.
“I never made any conditions on roles. If I get a good glamorous role, I am ready to do it. I am not adamant about doing particular roles only. I give priority to the script. I believe that an artist must have an open mind. I am ready to do anything for a good character in a good script,” revealed the actress.
