Honey Rose’s much-awaited action thriller ‘Rachel’ has hit the pause button. The makers have pushed the release to prep for a grand worldwide launch after the film’s high-voltage trailer set the internet buzzing.

Kozhikode: Audiences will have to wait a little longer to meet ‘Rachel’. The highly anticipated Honey Rose-starrer has postponed. ‘Rachel' is ready to meet you, but not just yet.
Considering the current timeline and the requirements for a worldwide release, we have decided to reschedule the film's release to ensure the best possible viewing experience for audiences," the makers announced.
The new release date will be revealed shortly. Since the launch of its trailer, "'Rachel'" has generated significant buzz across social media and is being hailed as one of the strongest characters in Honey Rose's career. Directed by debutante Anandhini Bala, the film has Malayalam filmmaker Abrid Shine as co-writer.

Honey Rose appears in the role of a butcher in this action-driven narrative. The trailer's intense action sequences and Honey Rose's bold, never-before-seen makeover have received considerable attention. Early indications suggest that "'Rachel'" revolves around a powerful storyline rooted in family bonds and vengeance.
The film will be released in five languages: Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi, further heightening audience expectations. The first-look posters featuring Honey Rose in a cattle market setting were warmly received, as was the teaser.
The first single, 'Kannil Maarivillin Chend…', also garnered strong appreciation. The trailer hints at a distinctive cinematic experience filled with violence, bloodshed, and gripping performances.
Alongside Honey Rose, the film stars Baburaj and Roshan Basheer in prominent roles. The ensemble cast includes Chandu Salimkumar, Radhika Radhakrishnan, Jaffer Idukki, Vineeth Thattill, Joji K John, Dinesh Prabhakar, David, Pauly Valsan, Vanditha Manoharan, among others. The film is positioned as a revenge thriller.
