Palanivel Thiagarajan is an Indian politician and the current Finance Minister of Tamil Nadu. He graduated with a degree in chemical engineering and obtained a master’s degree in operations research and a PhD in human factors engineering psychology. He has released a White Paper on Tamil Nadu’s finances after a long time.
