
Hailing from Ernakulam, Sethu retired as the Chairman of South Indian Bank in 2005. Sethu presents different aspects of lives in an enchanting writing style. His most noted work is ‘Pandavapuram’. Macmillan had published its English version. His major works include Marupiravi, Njangal Adimakal, Pandavapuram, Kaimudrakal, Kayyoppum Kaivazhikalum, Adayaangal, Guru, Aliya, Niyogam, Velutha Koodarangal etc. Sethu has bagged many honours including Kerala Sahithya Academy Award, Muttathu Varkki Award, Odakkuzhal Award, Padmarajan Award, Malayattoor Award among many other awards.
