Novak Djokovic, 24-time Grand Slam champion, human ice bath, man who has never once looked tired in his life is hosting a wellness retreat. In Marrakech, at Amanjena because apparently winning every tennis tournament on earth wasn't enough, now he's coming for your posture and your dinner plans too.

‘Stillness and Strength: A Novak Djokovic Retreat’ runs December 18 to 20, and it is exactly as extra as it sounds. Tennis masterclasses with the man himself. Mindfulness sessions for people who have never once in their lives been mindful. Spa treatments that will presumably fix the spine, the skin and possibly the situationship. And the detail that deserves its own headline, daily menus personally curated by Djokovic. The man is choosing what guests eat for breakfast. He knows what's best for December 19th's lunch and he has decided.

This isn't a one-off either. The retreat debuted at Amanyara last year, so this is officially a sequel, a franchise, an entire Djokovic Cinematic Universe of stillness.

He's Aman's Global Ambassador and Wellness Advisor now, a job title that did not exist a decade ago and yet here we are, living in a world where professional serenity consultant is on someone's business card.

Three days, elite sport meets recovery meets mindfulness meets extremely expensive luxury hospitality, all wrapped up in Amanjena's pink-walled, palm-lined, impossibly photogenic grounds.

Here's the thing about Djokovic though, the man does not do anything halfway. Diet, sleep, recovery, breathing techniques, all engineered down to the minute, all part of the machine that's kept him winning well into his late thirties.

So a three-day retreat curated by him is never going to be a gentle little yoga-and-smoothie affair. It's the actual blueprint, handed over to whoever's willing to pay for a room and a tennis lesson before breakfast.

Whether anyone actually survives three days on a Djokovic-approved menu remains to be seen. But somewhere in Marrakech this December, a lucky few will find out, one guided meditation, forehand tip and a suspiciously virtuous salad.
