Pakistani TikTok sensation Imsha Rehman has deactivated her social media accounts following the leak of a private video. The footage, allegedly showing her in a compromising situation, quickly went viral across social media platforms, sparking widespread backlash.

The alleged video, which was shared widely, was even turned into memes and circulated on messaging apps like Telegram. Some critics have gone so far as to accuse the incident of being a PR stunt aimed at gaining fame, further fueling the negativity surrounding the video leak.

In response to the intense backlash, Imsha Rehman deactivated her TikTok account, sharing a brief message saying, "the backlash has been overwhelming." It is also alleged that her social media accounts may have been hacked, though none of this has been confirmed.

Imsha Rehman, once one of Pakistan's most popular TikTok stars, had amassed over 12.1 million likes on her videos. According to Indian Express, her estimated net worth was around USD 500,000.

This incident is the latest in a troubling trend of private videos being leaked from Pakistani social media influencers. Just last month, another Pakistani TikTok star, Minahil Malik, found herself at the center of controversy when an alleged private video featuring her and her boyfriend surfaced online.

The recent leaks have raised concerns about the security and privacy of influencers on social media platforms.
