HiLite Group has been constructing malls in various parts of the state with the aim of introducing the international shopping festival experience to Kerala. The group implements its new projects by categorizing areas into major cities, mid-sized cities, and small towns. As part of this strategy, HiLite Malls currently stand tall in the cities of Kozhikode and Thrissur.

Following the massive success of HiLite Olympus, HiLite Group is constructing a new residential tower—HiLite Olympus 2. Olympus is a mega-project that stands out from other building complexes in the country due to several unique features, and Olympus Phase 2 has been designed to match that excellence. It will feature 412 apartments ranging from 934 square feet to 2,733 square feet across 32 floors. Upon completion of this tower, the Olympus mega-project will comprise 938 apartments across two towers spanning 2,262,639 square feet.

Palaxi Cinemas was the first to introduce the EPIQ system to Kerala, delivering a premium screen and sound experience.
