Eid-ul-Adha, also known as Bakrid or Bakra Eid, is among the most significant festivals in the Islamic calendar.

Celebrated on the 10th day of Dhul Hijjah, the final month of the Islamic lunar calendar, Eid-ul-Adha in India will be observed on Thursday, May 28, following the crescent moon sighting.
