44-year-old Bryan Johnson, also known as the millionaire who spends billions to retain eternal youth, has recently revealed secrets related to his anti-ageing process.
Bryan, a millionaire from California, said that he spends Rs 16 crore ($2 million) on anti-ageing treatments. He also claims to have reversed ageing through several experiments. He shared that he looks 5 years younger than his real age through these experiments. In addition to exercise and diet, Bryan's anti-ageing regimen includes blood transfusions.
Bryan had launched his weight-loss regime under the name Project Blueprint. Bryan had followed a special diet as part of the weight-loss programme.
Today, Bryan sells a program called the Blueprint Stack under Project Blueprint. A blueprint stack consists of a drink, eight pills, snake oil, 67 therapies, and 400 calories. He claims to have achieved successful results in over a thousand clinical trials.
Bryan says that this research-based plan costs less than fast food, costing only $343 a month. He presents this diet as the most nutritious alternative to breast milk.
He claims that this regime is not a meal replacement but a nutritional supplement to aid weight loss. These products will be available in about twenty-three countries.
Recently, another report came out explaining Bryan's eating habits. It turns out that he eats his last meal of the day around the time many people eat breakfast, at eleven o'clock in the day.
Bryan, who receives blood transfusions from his teenage son, has reportedly been taking more than 100 supplements a day. Body fat levels are also being checked daily. A team of 30 doctors and health experts has been assigned to support Bryan in this process of retaining youth.
Last February, he shared information about the age reduction process through a project called Project BluePrint. He said that with this special diet and exercises, he has now achieved the physique of an 18-year-old with a heart aged 37 years old and skin like a 28-year-old.
Bryan Johnson is the CEO of a biotech company called Kernel. He was criticized for undergoing a blood transfusion called plasma swapping to reverse aging. Researchers stated that no scientific studies are available to support this procedure, and such transfusions can cause harm to the body.
